Mechanical Industry Special Purpose Vehicle Product Quality Test Center
机械工业专用汽车产品质量检测中心是符合国家《汽车产业发展政策》规定的具备第三方公正地位的检测机构。1988年3月被原中国汽车工业联合会批准为首批18家汽车新产品鉴定试验单位之一，承担牵引车、自卸车、专用汽车及有关总成的检测试验工作；1997年1月通过国家计量认证和机构审查，国家技术监督局和原机械工业部分别发文授权本中心承担专用汽车新产品鉴定试验工作，并颁发了授权证书；2001年9月又通过了中国实验室国家认可委员会组织的实验室认可、计量认证和机构审查三合一现场评审，中国实验室认可委员会、中国机械工业联合会和中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会分别为本中心颁发了实验室认可证书、机构认可证书和计量认证证书；2004年8月国家发展和改革委员会授权本中心承担专用汽车定型试验检测工作。
本中心现有固定资产1400万元，仪器设备119台（套），检测能力涉及7大类88个子项的检测。本中心现有工作人员34名，建立了严格和完善的质量保证体系，能确保试验工作的科学性、公正性和独立性。

Mechanical Industry Special Purpose Vehicle Product Quality
Test Center is a test organization with position of the third party on fair
basis required by the policy of Automobile Industry Development. In March, 1988,
it was approved to be one of the first group of eighteen appraising and testing
laboratories for new automobile products authorized by former China Automobile
Industry Federation, responsible for the test of towing vehicle, dump, special
purpose vehicle and relative assemblies. In January, 1997, it passed the
national metrology accreditation and organization examination, and both National
Technical Supervision Bureau and former National Mechanical Industry Ministry
subscribed the official documents and authorized this centre to undertake the
test of new vehicle with special duty and delivered the certification of
authorization. In September, 2001, it passed the locale checkup laboratory
accreditation, metrology accreditation and organization examination together
through China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories. China National
Accreditation Board for Laboratories, China Machinery Industry Federation,
Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China
awarded the laboratory accreditation certification, the organization
accreditation certification and the metrology accreditation certification to the
center respectively. In August, 2004, National Development and Reform Commission
authorized the center to undertake the approval evaluation test for the vehicle
with special duty.
Currently, Special Purpose Vehicle Product Quality Test
Center of Mechanical Industry possesses the fixed asset at a cost of 14 million
Yuan, 119 sets of instruments and devices. Its test ability covers 7 categories
and 88 subdivisions. At present, it has 34 employees and has set up a complete,
strict and perfect quality guarantee system to ensure the implementation of test
work in scientific, fair and independent manner.
